一份官方文件稱(chēng),原系領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子成員的公務(wù)員或擔(dān)任縣處級(jí)以上職務(wù)的公務(wù)員,辭去公職后3年內(nèi),不得接受與原任職務(wù)管轄業(yè)務(wù)有關(guān)的企業(yè)或營(yíng)利性組織的聘任,不得從事與原任職務(wù)管轄業(yè)務(wù)直接相關(guān)的營(yíng)利性活動(dòng)。
