中國人民銀行在昨日發(fā)布的一份文件中指出，非居民可在上海自由貿(mào)易區(qū)內(nèi)銀行開立離岸賬戶，按準(zhǔn)入前國民待遇原則享受相關(guān)金融服務(wù)。

The People's Bank of China said on Monday it will permit businesses and individuals to open offshore accounts in the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, a decision intended to promote cross-border investment in the pilot area.

中國人民銀行周一稱，將允許企業(yè)和個(gè)人在中國 Offshore accounts即“離岸賬戶”，指存款人在其居住國家以外的銀行開設(shè)的賬戶。開設(shè)離岸賬戶的銀行就是offshore bank 今后上海自貿(mào)區(qū)的離岸賬戶和overseas accounts 央行稱此舉將加速market-determined interest and exchange rates
